The PTA Reflections program is a national contest that provides students with opportunities for recognition and access to the arts. Each year students in Pre-K through Grade 12 are encouraged to create original works of art in response to a student-selected theme. This 50+ year-old program enables students to express themselves through various categories including visual arts, photography, music composition, literature, film production, and dance choreography.

This year, our students submitted entries in 2-D and 3-D art, photography, music composition, literature, and dance choreography. Of the 28 elementary schools in the North Fulton Council, 20 Creek View Elementary School students took home 22 awards in the district, including first place wins in every category we entered!

Those 22 entries were submitted to the Georgia PTA for statewide judging and one Creek View Cheetah placed first in their grade and two Creek View Cheetahs placed second in their grade!

The 2023-2024 National PTA Reflections Theme is "I Am Hopeful Because..." Additional information will be posted on this page in August at the beginning of the 2023-2024 school year. If you have any questions, please contact our school co-chairs, Jill Merrill (jmgator23@gmail.com) and Melissa Richman (embeerich@gmail.com).
